How long until my order will ship?
Most in stock orders ship within 24 hours while larger orders can take 2-3 days to prepare for shipment.
Are all the items available?
We have three different product statuses you may see on our listings:
• In Stock: Product is in the warehouse and ready to ship.
• Ships in [timeframe]: Product can take up to [timeframe] before it is available to ship.
• Out of Stock: Product is not currently available but we plan to get more—be sure to add yourself to the waitlist!
How will the order ship?
Most of our equipment will ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger orders will ship via freight carrier on a pallet. Tracking information is provided as soon as a label is created but may take up to a day before the carrier activates it.
What do I do if only part of my order arrives?
In some cases carriers may only deliver part of your order, the rest generally arrives the following day. Each package is assigned its own tracking label so we can check the status of each to verify status if needed.
If your order is shipping via freight and something is missing or damaged, be sure to let the driver know so they can note it for their local hub then reach out to us for next steps.
